Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Football Battle (“the App”), a mobile football quiz game developed by Dmytro Prokopenko (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

Football Battle is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using one of the following methods:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In
  • Guest account (limited functionality)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use Football Battle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
  • Manipulate match results, ELO ratings, or any other game statistics
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the game system
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to the App, including bug reports and question suggestions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content within the App.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others
  • Contains malware, spam, or misleading information
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software in Football Battle are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time directly from the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, including game history, ratings, and statistics.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App in a way that could harm other users or the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Football Battle is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including game progress or account information, resulting from technical issues, server maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
